Where we ship
We currently deliver across the UK — including mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Delivery costs and times vary by location.

How long it takes
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 2-3 working days. Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands typically take 3-5 working days. Need it sooner? Choose the next-day upgrade at checkout and we'll get it on its way to you the next working day.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm usually go out the same day — anything after that ships the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Returns
We put real care into every bag — prime-cut meat, freeze-dried at their nutritional peak. We hope your pet goes wild for it. And if anything's not quite as expected when your order lands, just let us know — we'll take it from there.
If your order arrives damaged or anything's missing, drop us a message within 14 days and we'll sort it — no fuss, no forms.
We think they will love it, but in the rare case your pet isn't into the food, please get in touch. We'll work with you to make it right.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we deliver to your country.
